Our Classes Fees
All 2025 fees are payable in full prior to the beginning of each term or via weekly direct debit.
Invoices for the entire term will be emailed to corresponding email address 3 weeks prior to the start of term. Invoices will automatically include the Early Bird Discount of 5% which is applicable for 7 days from invoice date. If the term invoice is not paid and received by the accounts team in full within 7 days of invoice date, the early bird discount will be forfeited and reverted to full price. If the account is not paid in full prior to the start of each term, your fees will be divided into 10 equal instalments and direct debited weekly on a Friday.
Please note: Prices below apply to all class locations and are for term payments only.

| Private Lessons (Caves Beach & Swansea) | $50 x number weeks per term |
| Ladies Athena (1 1/2hr) | $22 x number weeks per term |
Once enrolled, please advise us in writing at [email protected] if any students wish to change the class/classes they are attending. No term refunds are applied for discontinued classes however class changes may be available pending availability. Please see our Illness/Travel Rebate and cancellations policies in our terms and conditions.
Private lessons and Ladies Athena Classes at all locations are not subject to any discounts.
Unlimited & 3 Class packages
Attend as many classes a week of any style in your child’s age group- Not including privates

| Senior Unlimited | $90 a week |
An annual registration/administration fee of $45 per student is payable on completion of the enrolment process. Payment of the annual registration fee is required to complete your enrolment.
Payment options
We have three methods of payment in 2025:
direct deposit or bank deposit paid in full
Debit/Credit Card online via Parent Portal paid in full,
Direct Debit weekly on Friday

Direct Debit:
This is available via log in to our Parent Portal system at https://dancestudio-pro.com/online/tmpdancestudios and selecting enrol in Autopay. Once enrolled in Autopay you will receive a form to complete with your payment amount and frequency. please note: a convenience fee for using this process and will be added to your total prior to check out.
